You're most likely here because:

  • You’ve got a PDF document;
  • The pages in that file are messy and not properly ordered;
  • You wish to change organise the pages by reordering them.

We've got the ultimate solution for you, and it is actually on this page. Why?

Because we're not here just to teach you how to organize a PDF, but also to show you our PDF page organizer, which works 100% on this page.

How to organize the pages in a PDF file

  1. Upload your PDF above (or just drag-and-drop it);
  2. Drag and drop the pages to reorganize them;
  3. Click the blue button “Apply changes”.

Wait a few seconds ⏲️.

After that, our system will let you know that you can download the organized PDF.

PRO Tip: If you're looking to extract pages from the PDF, we've got a separate function for that — it is meant to help you take out the unnecessary pages.

How to rearrange PDF pages for free

Rearranging pages works just the same as organizing PDF pages.

  1. Drag & Drop your PDF in the box above;
  2. Hover your cursor (mouse) above the page to rearrange;
  3. Drag and drop it into the position you want it to be;
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until your PDF pages are rearranged to your liking;
  5. Click the “Apply changes” button → Download!

PRO Tip: When you hover a page, you’ll notice two blue buttons. One to the left and one to the right. If you click that, a blank page will be added, if you need one.

How to sort PDF pages for free

Still on this page, you can also sort the pages inside a PDF document.

  1. Select & Upload your PDF file;
  2. In the lower part, next to the blue button, you’ll notice the “Quick actions” button. Click that;
  3. Select Sort A→Z or Z→A, based on your preference;
  4. Click the “Apply changes” button → Download!

PRO Tip: If you also click the "Add pages" button, you can merge more PDF pages within this very document.

What happens to my document?

After uploading your document, our PDF page organizer will create a new file which is identical to the one before uploading, only now it has organized pages.

Wondering about privacy? Know that we 100% respect it:

  1. Hours after uploading the PDF that you want to organize, we'll delete it from our side.
  2. The new, organized PDF will be visible in your dashboard.

With the new PDF document, you've got full control, as you're able to re-edit, share, private-share, or delete the file.
